Pancakes with Avocado

This is the slightly adapted version of the original cinnamon toast pancakes recipe.

Ingredients:
Batter
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water(or more depending on whether you like thick vs thinner pancakes)
1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp almond paste(*1/2cup almond flour)
1/4 cup milled flax seed
2tbsp agave syrup (*1/4 cup bulk sugar substitute )
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt

Sprinkle
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp agave nectar

or

1 tsp chestnut jam
1/2 Haas avocado (smashed, peeled)

or

1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 Haas avocado (smashed, peeled)
